He holds a B.S. in Economics, Business Analytics, and International Business from Villanova University. In his free time, Dan enjoys watching the Philadelphia Phillies, and learning about baseball analytics. 

Matt Gallagher

Matt has years of business analytics experience and specializes in data visualization. Matt has worked as a Business Intelligence Engineer for a Series B startup, a Data Analyst for a defense contractor, and as a Sales associate for Informatica. He holds a B.S. in Statistics and Business from the University of Wisconsin. In his free time, Matt enjoys playing baseball, coaching football, and exploring Texas BBQ spots.

Payas Parab

Payas has several years of computer programming and financial valuation experience. He specializes in financial projections, software development, and workflow automation. Payas has worked at TikTok as product partnerships strategist, a trader/developer at a quantitative hedge fund, and an investment banker. He holds a B.S. in Business and Computer Science from UC Berkeley. In his free time, Payas enjoys volunteering as a computer science teacher, and playing the drums.

Caleb Smack

Caleb has several years of experience in academic and scientific research and specializes in small business planning and research for HPG. Caleb has worked as a scientific researcher at Johns Hopkins University and is currently a medical student at Eastern Virginia Medical School. He holds a B.S. in Biology and Business from Texas Christian University. In his free time, Caleb enjoys working on his family farm and watching the Baltimore Ravens.
