HPG has developed an iterative process that is aimed at continuously helping the client’s needs. Our method is dynamic. We use our four-step iterative process as the framework and modify it based on the specific needs of the client. It is the very essence of HPG—custom to the unique challenges of every client.

HPG starts with an extensive fact finding process including both business data, conversations with key client employees, and industry research. We understand that the solution lies beyond the initial problem, so we search all client areas for any information that may be helpful to crafting the solution.
2. Interactive pitch with HPG’s recommended project with an achievable timeline.
HPG uses information gathered from the initial investigation, lessons learned from past projects, and industry expertise to create and present a project proposal. This project proposal walks clients through technical requirements, project timeline, and affiliated costs. We seek feedback and diligently work to revise the project outline to customize our capabilities for each client.
3. Timely project completion, adjusting for changing client needs.
HPG values the client’s time just as much as our own. We implement effective time management strategies to guarantee we complete projects on time. We understand that no plan goes exactly as planned, so we work with an open-mind constantly searching for ways to improve the process during the project.
4. Project assessment and evaluation of ongoing client needs.
HPG presents its data-backed solutions to the client explaining the process from fact finding, building, and implementation/training for client users/staff. Communication is paramount, so HPG communicates complicated data, processes, and technology in an easy to understand way. The HPG-client relationship almost always extends beyond the initial solution. We regularly revisit client needs and use our wide-ranging expertise to restart the cycle from step 1.
